Job Description:       *2-5 years of Java/.net/C#/C++/salesforce experience and interest/willingness to get into Salesforce domain.
*Excellent English communication skills (strictly mandate)
*Willingness to work in night shifts* (no rotational shifts)
*1.6 years service agreement with the employer ( for training purpose, after 1.6 years you become SFDC certified professional)

* There will be additional attractive and best in the industry night shift allowances.

* Assist 3rd-party developers to troubleshoot their integration with salesforce.com APIs and implementation of other salesforce.com developer products. This will involve debugging, troubleshooting, and taking responsibility to see that the issue is fully resolved.

* Provide feature explanation and coding best practices.

* Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency while also empowering and enabling the developer community.

Required Skills/Experience:

* BA/BS degree in a technical field preferred with a strong academic record.

* To work with the front-end web developers and database developers to deliver a rich customer
Experience.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Technical Support experience.

* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

* Knowledge of XML, preferably experience using server-to-server web services (SOAP)

* Understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.

* Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL

* Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise

* Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues

* An ability to quickly and effectively understand and translate product and business requirements into technical solutions whilst adhering to the agreed specification

* To timely update the tasks as per the severity levels

* Learn new and keep abreast of existing Salesforce technologies Personal Attributes:

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to establish rapport with people at all levels

* An eye for detail and accuracy, and an affinity with design issues

* The ability to work in teams as well as on your own

* Strong communication skills; able to get one's message.
